About the author

Dr. Tad Dickel is a strategy, leadership, and organizational development consultant who serves as President of T.A. Dickel Group, LLC. He specializes in strategic planning, leadership coaching, and creative problem-solving, and he works with a wide variety of organizations.

With a career that began in education, Tad has served as a Catholic high school president, principal, and teacher. He is an adjunct faculty member in Catholic School Leadership at Creighton University, and he holds a Ph.D. in educational leadership from Indiana State University.

Tad and his family reside in Evansville, Indiana. He is available for coaching, consulting, and speaking engagements.
