8 Hour In Person Planning Retreat

Once your parish has implemented the listening phase of the planning process, Dr. Tad Dickel will facilitate a full day in person retreat for your core planning team.

A one hour virtual planning meeting is included in advance of the in person retreat to help create an agenda and gather background information. He will guide you through the process of identifying strategic focus areas and developing, implementing, and communicating the plan.

Dr. Tad Dickel will be in touch with you within 48 hours of your purchase to schedule your planning retreat and coordinate travel details. NOTE - travel costs are not included in retreat pricing.
