Our coaching packages are tailored to you, your parish, and your unique vision for growth. Each package is designed to fit within a larger strategic planning process for parishes to develop and articulate an exciting and actionable future.

If your parish is just beginning – or considering beginning – this process, we recommend starting with the 2 Hour Virtual Group Coaching Session, or with our book, Strategic Planning for Catholic Parishes. 

2 Hour Virtual Group Coaching Session

Dr. Tad Dickel will provide an overview of how the strategic planning process can be adapted for different parish settings. He will help church leaders design an effective planning process for their parish, provide suggestions, and answer questions. This offering is ideal for members of a parish council who need assistance getting a planning process started.

4 Hour Virtual Planning Retreat

Dr. Tad Dickel will facilitate a four-hour virtual retreat for your core planning team. A one-hour virtual planning meeting is included in advance of the in person retreat to help create an agenda and gather background information. He will guide you through the process of identifying strategic focus areas and beginning to develop the plan.

4 Hour Virtual Planning Retreat PLUS

Dr. Tad Dickel will facilitate a four-hour virtual retreat for your core planning team, including everything listed in the 4 Hour Virtual Planning Retreat Package.  You will ALSO receive follow-up notes from the retreat and a draft strategic plan.

8 Hour In-Person Planning Retreat

Dr. Tad Dickel will facilitate a full-day in-person retreat for your core planning team. A one-hour virtual planning meeting is included in advance of the in-person retreat to help create an agenda and gather background information. He will guide you through the process of identifying strategic focus areas and developing, implementing, and communicating the plan.
