4 Hour Virtual Planning Retreat

Once your parish has implemented the listening phase of the planning process, Dr. Tad Dickel will facilitate a four hour virtual retreat for your core planning team.

A one hour virtual planning meeting is included in advance of the in person retreat to help create an agenda and gather background information. He will guide you through the process of identifying strategic focus areas and beginning to develop the plan.
